Overview

What this tool does

A PDF editor opens an existing PDF and lets you change it: add or correct text, sign your name, highlight a paragraph, draw shapes, white out a section, reorder pages, rotate them, delete or insert pages, and save the result. This editor does all of that entirely in your browser. The PDF you open never leaves your device, no upload, no server-side processing, no file kept on a remote disk after your session ends. Useful when you need to fill a non-fillable form, sign a contract that arrived as a flat PDF, redact a page before sharing it, fix a typo in a finished document, or reorganize a long report without going back to the source file.

How to

Use it in 3 steps

  1. Open the PDF by dropping it onto the editor or clicking the open button. The file stays on your device.
  2. Pick a tool from the toolbar: text, highlight, signature, draw, shape, whiteout. Click on the page to apply it.
  3. Use the page panel on the left to reorder, rotate, delete, or insert pages.
  4. Save your work. The edited PDF is generated in your browser and saved to your downloads. No upload.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to your server?

No. The file is opened, edited, and saved entirely in your browser. There is no server upload at any step.

Can I add a real handwritten signature?

Yes. The signature tool lets you draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen. Once placed, you can resize and move it like any other element.

What happens if the PDF is encrypted or password protected?

If the PDF is password protected, you'll be prompted to enter the password before opening. The password is used locally to decrypt the file in your browser; it is not sent anywhere.

Is the output watermarked?

No. The saved PDF has no watermark, no signature, and no link back to this site.
