Privacy Policy

Account basics. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you set them, your name, username, and profile details.

Things you create. Websites you build, images and voice clips you generate in AI Studio, screenshots you capture, files you upload to a project, assistant chats you choose to save, and tool work you explicitly save to your account. All of it lives in your account so it can sync across your devices, and all of it is yours.

Coins and payments.Your coin balance, a ledger of coin movements, and references to crypto payments you make (the currency, amount, and transaction confirmation). We never see or store card numbers because we don't take card payments.

Technical basics. Session cookies that keep you signed in, and the standard request logs our hosting infrastructure keeps for security (IP address, page requested, timestamp).

Every free tool on ToolsGiver(the PDF editor, converters, generators, calculators, and the rest) processes your files and text on your own device. They are never sent to our servers. If you're signed in, some tools offer an optional "save to account" button; only then is that specific saved snapshot stored.

The one exception is the Website Screenshot Tool, which needs a real browser on our servers to capture a page. The URL you submit is fetched server-side and the captured images are stored in your account. If you provide a username and password so it can capture a page behind a login, those credentials are used once, in memory, for that capture only. They are never written to a database or log.

When you use the assistant, AI Studio, or AI writing in the website builder, the text you type and the files you attach are sent to the AI providers that generate the result (such as Google, Groq, and Cloudflare) and are subject to their processing terms. We send only what the feature needs, and we don't sell or rent any of it.

Saved assistant chats stay in your account until you delete them; a temporary chat is never stored. Avoid putting passwords or other secrets into prompts.

We use cookies for one job: keeping you signed in securely. We don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies today. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and the page's date above will change.

ToolsGiver runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), and Resend (transactional email such as receipts and security notices). Each processes data only to provide those services. You can switch individual email notifications off in Settings.

You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences, enable two-factor authentication, and export any website you build at any time. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your profile and everything attached to it: projects, media, messages, saved chats, and history.
