Terms of Service

By using ToolsGiveryou agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform. We may update them as the product evolves; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use ToolsGiver after a change means you accept the updated terms.

ToolsGiver is an all-in-one platform: free browser-based tools, a website generator with editable templates, one-click hosting with free subdomains and custom domain support, AI Studio for image and voice generation, an AI assistant, and a marketplace for templates and digital products.

The free tools run entirely on your device and need no account. Platform features (building, hosting, AI, marketplace purchases) need an account, and some are paid for with coins.

Keep your sign-in details safe: you're responsible for activity on your account. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings and we recommend turning it on. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

You can close your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data.

Coins are ToolsGiver's platform credit, topped up with cryptocurrency. Coins are credited once a payment is confirmed on-chain. Coins are not money: they have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, and can't be redeemed for currency.

Every paid action (a plan charge, an AI generation, a marketplace purchase, a capture) shows its exact coin cost before you confirm it, and coins are only spent when the thing you paid for actually succeeds. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email hello@toolsgiver.com and we'll look into it.

Websites you build, media you generate, files you upload, and documents you make with the tools are yours. You can export your websites in full at any time. You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and, when you publish, to serve it on the web at your direction.

You're responsible for the content you create and publish: make sure you have the rights to any material you upload, and that what you publish complies with the law.

Don't use ToolsGiver to:

• publish or create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
• impersonate people or organizations, or forge official documents;
• capture websites you don't own or lack permission to capture;
• probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the platform's security or usage limits;
• resell or automate access to the AI features outside the product itself.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated content (text, images, voice, website copy, documents drafted by the assistant) is produced by machine-learning models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review everything before you rely on it or publish it. AI output is not professional advice: for legal, financial, or medical matters, consult a qualified professional.

We work hard to keep published sites and the platform online, but ToolsGiver is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the feature that gave rise to the claim.
