What this tool does
Correctional facilities run on paperwork: every person who is booked, moved, or released leaves a trail of standardized forms. This generator builds those documents for you in the browser. Pick a document type (booking and intake, personal property inventory, classification, housing assignment, commissary order, transfer request, discharge and release, property release, or program enrollment), set your facility name and logo once, fill in the details, and download a clean, print-ready PDF. Totals on the commissary order calculate as you type, itemized property lists number themselves, and every form carries your facility header and a form number so it drops straight into your records. Nothing is uploaded: the PDF is created on your device, so inmate and case details never reach our servers. It is built for facility and correctional staff, but reentry programs, legal aid workers, and instructors teaching corrections process use the same forms. The header is generic and fully customizable, so each document is a reusable template you brand as your own.
How to
Use it in 3 steps
- Choose the document you need from the selector at the top. The forms are grouped into intake and housing, and commissary, transfer and release.
- Fill in your facility name, department, address, and logo once. It is remembered on this device for the next form you create.
- Complete the form fields. For property and commissary documents, add itemized lines and the counts or totals update live.
- Set the form number and date, then download. The PDF is generated in your browser and saved straight to your downloads folder, ready to print or file.

▶Is inmate or case data sent to a server?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. The PDF is built on your device and nothing you type is uploaded. You can go offline after the page loads and still generate the document.
▶Which documents can it generate?
Booking and intake records, personal property inventory and receipt, classification and custody assessment, housing and cell assignment, commissary order, inmate transfer request and summary, discharge and release, property release authorization, and program or education enrollment.
▶Can I put my own facility name and logo on the forms?
Yes. The header is fully customizable. Add your facility name, department, address, and logo once and every document carries them. The layout is generic, so the forms are reusable templates you brand as your own rather than a copy of any specific agency's documents.
▶Can I save a form and reopen it on another device?
Your facility details and current form are kept on this device automatically. If you are signed in, use Save to account to store named copies that sync to your other devices.
▶Are the commissary totals calculated for me?
Yes. Enter the quantity and unit price for each item and the line totals, order total, and remaining account balance are calculated as you type.
